Star Light, Star Bright is a simple, short a cappella work written to inspire wonder and awe, as a child wishes on the first star of the evening.  Featuring simple but scintillating harmonies, metric and textual flexibility, and a satisfying reference to a familiar children's tune in the coda, Star Light, Star Bright would certainly be a poignant and understated work for your next performance.
